Who would buy a home or rent an apartment in a busy intersection?
I can not believe where they are building homes and apartments now days. Many are located in some of the most incredibly noisy and unattractive locations. Why would anyone want to live there? These are huge homes and are located next to really busy intersections and ugly industrial areas.
Would you ever buy a home in an incredibly noisy location? Why?

It doesn't sound like a very good investment when you consider the current environment around the home or apartment. Although, my thought would be that it's an investment in future possibilities. Intersections can become less busy if traffic patterns change. And industrial buildings are not necessarily forever. Otherwise, I'm with you- I see no reason why anyone would think of it as a good location for an investment.
